3. Pricing and Payment

CloudLyx operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model with pricing ranging from $40 to $60 per lead, depending on the advertising channel and lead quality. Payment terms are as follows:

• No setup fees or monthly minimums
• Payment due within 30 days of lead delivery
• Pricing may vary based on industry, target audience, and campaign complexity
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

CloudLyx defines a "qualified lead" as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified demographic and behavioral criteria
• Has expressed genuine interest in your products or services
• Has provided accurate contact information
• Passes our AI-powered qualification scoring system

5. Client Responsibilities

As a CloudLyx client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience and business requirements
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing efforts
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

6. Data Privacy and Protection

CloudLyx is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. We:

• Collect and process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws

• Do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property related to CloudLyx services remain the exclusive property of CloudLyx. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

CloudLyx's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Actions taken by leads or third parties
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, CloudLyx does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service access.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Access to CloudLyx services will be discontinued
• Data retention policies will apply as outlined in our Privacy Policy

11. Modifications to Terms

CloudLyx reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
